All The Information You Need


Bookings must be made a minimum of 48 hours in advance.  If you would like to book for the following day please contact us through the contact us page to check availability.

All payments must be made in full at time of booking.  We will contact you within 72 hours of receiving your booking request to arrange payment and discuss specifics of your booking.  Your booking is not secured until payment has been received.  You will receive a confirmation once payment is received.


Any changes or amendments to your booking must be confirmed 7 days in advance.  We do not offer refunds once a booking is confirmed. In the unlikely event we are unable to fulfill your order you would get a 100% refund.


Collection of deliveries must be made within 30 minutes of your allocated collection time given to you at booking.  If a change of collection time is required please call to arrange this as soon as possible.

Free delivery is available in postcodes OX13 and OX14.  Delivery outside these postcodes will be charged at £0.60 a mile from OX13.  Delivery will be made at the agreed time (agreed at booking) and someone must be in to receive the order.  We are unable to leave any orders without a handover due to the cold chain and maintaining quality of many of the products we use in our boxes.


By accepting our terms and conditions you will automatically be added to our customer database so you can receive all the latest news and offers from Thyme and Date.  Your information will be stored securely and never shared with a third party.  If you wish to opt out of our customer database please let us know.  We will always keep keep a record of our customer details and order details for a minimum of 4 weeks,  After 4 weeks all details will be deleted unless you have signed up to our customer database.
